Dear GMpilot,

The article you mentioned is a blog and it seems to me not very well sourced. I agree with you that people on this earth still face the consequencies of their deeds. However these preachers had left their criminal past behind them. We updated their past in another story http://www.bosnewslife.com/11941-prayer-vigil-for-murdered-american-evangelists (below subheading ‘Jail Records Reported’) before your latest commentary. There are indications however that they wanted to reach out to troubled youth, as they understood them very well. Yet, that still does not change the fact that they were gunned down while preaching the Gospel. The trigger for Armageddon by the way will come after the Body of Christ has been taken away, so I will not be there to cover it…Yet, these kind of incidents and many others around the world seem to point to the Last Days.

The above article is based upon the police investigation. There’s no evidence that the two were executed for preaching their faith, and quite a bit of evidence that members of their former rival gang had killed them. I don’t claim to know as much as others do about the Last Days, but I do know something about gangs. Unless you’re willing to claim the police were incompetent on this matter, it was not a ‘hate crime’ but a gang-related grudge killing. Christians often seem to forget: Christ may save your soul in eternity, but if you do wrong here, you usually have to pay the price here.
This was not the trigger for Armageddon.

Hello I am christian(bible believer) from Poland!I have heard about this murder!My pastor told me about this!My pastor is American and he is street preacher here in Poland!It is realy sad what happen in U.S.A!We are glad there are real christians in America!DO NOt be surprised Bible says about word’s response when they will be kill disciples…!In America are many religious people but there are not many true believers…!STOP play in religious games …Go and be the good soliders of JESUS CHRIST!If is JESUS yours LORD surely you will be fill what GOD says in HIS WORDS if not you will do nothing for GOD’s KINGDOM and JESUS glory

Dear GMpilot,

The Bible makes clear that they have indeed left the “thug life” behind them. John 3:16 (King James Version) says: “16For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.” Which makes me believe they are in a much better place now than you and me at the moment. If they were thugs, than we all are, “For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God” (Romans 3:23, King James Version). However they were/are also forgiven and renewed in Christ. Apparently you know more, or claim to know, about the Last Days. But that has nothing to do with where they are now, according to the Bible.

They were street preachers. They were also thugs who thought they’d left the thug life behind them: Sorry, but the Last Days has been postponed. This was not the trigger.

We did not hear anything about this at all! We wonder why? Is this the way life should be in the United States of America? God is love and what happened to these men was not loved at all! God help us all!

The person responsable for these two cold-blooded murders should be executed immediately. “An eye for an eye”. All christians should immediately stop street evangelisim to protect their own lives. What use are you to God and to preach the Gospel to all the earth if you alow yourself to become a martyr? One you are dead you can’t acheive anything to convert lost souls back here on earth. Preaching should only be confined to the safety of the church pew (althouh it now looks like even this is not safe in America anymore – I’m glad I don’t live there, I am from Australia and nothing like this ever happens over here.). It is up to us to bring lost souls into the church FIRST, then convert them.

I agree with the poster who says that we are already in the last days. It is obvious from the increase in severity and frequency of natural disasters, the seas and winds roaring, men’s hearts failing them for fear of what is coming. People are heady high minded, lovers of pleasure more than lovers of god; having a form of godliness but denying the power thereof; unthankful, unholy, disobedient to parents, truce breakers, WITHOUT NATURAL AFFECTION. I began to realize the world was experience the beginning of sorrows when we started to see women with less affection for their own children than the harlots in King Solomon’s court. It seemed to start with Susan Smith. Thereafter, it seemed like the horror and lack of natural affection became worse and worse. Recently, we saw a lovely child sold for drugs raped and murdered, a man in Florida, slammed a helpless baby into the sidewalk and then took him and threw him out of the window on the highway. We must encourage one another so much the more, because we see the day approaching. We cannot wait for the “MEDIA” to cover the story. We can talk about these things. We can keep our minds filled with the Word of God and thinking about our great salvation and have it be as natural as breathing to praise his name and testify of his goodness.
