BUDAPEST/BRATISLAVA (BosNewsLife)-- One of the world's largest Christian broadcasters has launched an application for smartphones and other mobile devices to reach millions of refugees in the Middle East or travelling from that troubled region to Europe. Trans World Radio (TWR) told BosNewsLife that its 'Refugee Bridge' app is designed "to meet the emotional, psychological and spiritual needs of displaced people by offering practical and Biblical content in the Arabic language."

SKOPJE/BUDAPEST (BosNewsLife)-- Dozens of people are recovering from injuries after clashes between Macedonian security forces and refugees in the latest Balkan tensions that ave overshadowed a European Union summit with Turkey. The tensions are rising as several countries have closed their borders to refugees who are not from war torn countries such as Syria. Migrants fleeing war and poverty could be seen attacking police with stones. They are enraged by the sight of Macedonian soldiers erecting a fence along the border with Greece, and an accident that injured a young Moroccan man.
